You will provide exceptional customer service, manage visitor access, and handle security-related inquiries, helping to deter incidents through your presence and communication skills. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the residential location by verifying identification and managing visitor logs.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address inquiries and/or concerns.
Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to Allied Universal procedures.
Support Allied Universal and client staff in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment at the front desk area.
