Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual circumstances.
Communicate with property management and/or residents as needed to relay information regarding incidents, concerns, or inquiries.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and the residential property management.
