As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine armed patrols throughout a residential location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Assist residents, guests, and visitors with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.
Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or emergencies at the residential location.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns and foster a sense of security for residents and guests.
