Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Professional, serving as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, employees, and tenants. In this driving post, you will support access control, monitor front desk activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activities, and supporting security-related protocols for a professional commercial office location.
Monitor lobby access, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate front desk logs in accordance with location policies.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts, building management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Answer phones, greet guests, direct deliveries and scheduled visitors, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of access procedures.
Support day-to-day building operations by reporting maintenance concerns, documenting security-related events, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
