As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Norwood, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity through visible presence and attentive patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities.
