As a Security Officer Roving Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Government. This role involves working as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, conducting routine patrols, maintaining visibility to deter security incidents, and supporting daily operations through strong customer service and communication. You will be part of a caring, agile, and reliable team that prioritizes people, values innovation, and acts with integrity.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity to help support authorized entry procedures and report suspicious behavior.
• Complete routine reports, document incidents, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors, site contacts, and/or first responders as needed.
