As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and visitors. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while supporting emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to tenants, visitors, and staff.
Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required for the location.
Support Allied Universal and client policies by documenting incidents and maintaining accurate records as directed.
