Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Primarily driving post is preferred.
Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor for any unusual or suspicious activity within the chemical or petrochemical environment and report findings according to site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel and visitors, providing assistance as needed.
Support Allied Universal and client management by documenting incidents, maintaining logs, and following established procedures specific to the location.
