About The Position

As a Security Officer - Plant Patrol in Fall River, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service. By remaining visible and approachable, you play a key role in supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or suspicious activity, according to Allied Universal procedures.
Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, offering assistance and guidance as appropriate.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site protocols.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related objectives specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.
