Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer, where you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, and support visitor and employee check-in. You will conduct routine patrols around assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams and guests. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
- Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs.
- Support shipping and receiving access control by verifying driver credentials and delivery or pickup documentation, directing vehicles to appropriate staging areas, and documenting gate activity per site policy.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and written reports.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
