You will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver professional customer service through clear communication. You will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset while working as a team and acting with integrity.

Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Loss prevention experience preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
Control access at entry points by verifying identification and authorization, managing visitor check-in and/or badging, and directing arrivals to the appropriate areas.
Monitor gates, lobbies, and/or loading areas for unusual activity, document access activity as required, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, preserving information for reports, and supporting first responders as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter, checking doors, docks, and restricted areas, and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
