You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support employees with clear, professional communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing traffic to designated areas.
Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems, documenting unusual activity and reporting concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical and/or fire-related notifications per post orders.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations, noting and reporting hazards or maintenance issues.
