As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and engage with visitors and staff, delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to address security-related issues and provide assistance during emergencies.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
Follow all protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
