As a Security Officer - Healthcare Reception in Woonsocket, RI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting with access control. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner at the front desk, providing assistance as needed while following site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and emergency personnel as required.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related events.
Support Allied Universal in carrying out all security-related procedures and emergency response activities as directed by site management.
