As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the location, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or security-related license is preferred.
Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the premises.
Assist visitors and employees with access control procedures and general inquiries.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local authorities as needed during incidents.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities and incidents as required by site policies.
