Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic tech and communications location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Support site operations by providing directions, assisting with visitor processing, and following post orders for after-hours access, deliveries, and other security-related duties as assigned.
