Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and deliveries, verifying credentials and following site protocols for entry, exit, and restricted area access.
  • Support facility operations by communicating clearly with staff and visitors, assisting with directions and information, and reporting maintenance, housekeeping, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols.
