As a Front Desk Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping manage access, greet guests, and support a positive customer experience. You will monitor activity from the desk, respond to questions and concerns, and communicate clearly with onsite teams while documenting incidents as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail or mall location.
Control access by greeting and screening visitors, issuing visitor credentials, directing deliveries to designated areas, and maintaining sign-in and/or sign-out logs.
Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk and report irregular activity according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site management and contacting emergency services when needed.
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant updates during post handoff, and assist with customer questions and wayfinding as needed.
