As a Security Officer Patrol Lead in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (for driving positions).

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify concerns and report security-related issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted manufacturing and industrial areas.
  • Support daily operations by reporting hazards, equipment concerns, and/or policy violations, and by completing detailed incident and activity reports for Allied Universal and site leadership.
