As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the exterior perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee movement, following site protocols for entry, identification, and restricted areas.
• Support daily operations at a financial institution location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and questions, and reporting maintenance, life-threatening, and/or security-related issues as needed.
