As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Hampton, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Aero/Defense. This is a part-time role where you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using the Claim a Shift platform. As an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and verify entry authorizations for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with site protocols and assigned post orders.
  • Support security-related operations by preparing reports, maintaining activity logs, and reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
