About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Menomonee Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an automotive manufacturing and/or operations environment.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking lots, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by location policies, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, completing required reports, and providing clear communication during routine operations and/or unusual events.
