As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at this aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include routine patrols and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving is part of the role. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related issues; working environments may vary depending on the location.
Observe and report any unusual activities, security-related concerns, or potential hazards as encountered during patrols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
Complete required documentation, incident reports, and daily activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and client site policies.
