Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer within a government location, where your primary responsibility is to monitor and patrol designated areas. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and conducting regular patrols throughout the site. This driving post requires a valid driver's license, as you will need to navigate the premises as part of your duties. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned government facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and staff at the location while providing assistance as needed.
Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client representative.
Complete required documentation and/or incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist law enforcement and emergency response personnel at the location as required.
