About The Position

As a Security Officer - Plant Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises and respond promptly to situations as they arise. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the chemical and petrochemical location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or potential security-related risks found during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of all patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with site requirements.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as necessary.
