About The Position

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a chemical facility location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires driving responsibilities. Requirements

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for chemical and petrochemical environments.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and monitor for unusual activity.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and protect property within the chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Observe and report any irregularities or hazards to Allied Universal management and/or designated client representatives.
  • Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or identification for individuals entering the location.
  • Maintain detailed logs and incident reports as required by site-specific policies and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and first responders during emergencies, following all site-specific guidelines and procedures.
