About The Position

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a chemical facility location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires driving responsibilities. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for chemical and petrochemical environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and monitor for unusual activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and protect property within the chemical and petrochemical location.
Observe and report any irregularities or hazards to Allied Universal management and/or designated client representatives.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or identification for individuals entering the location.
Maintain detailed logs and incident reports as required by site-specific policies and Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and first responders during emergencies, following all site-specific guidelines and procedures.
