Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as conditions vary by location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior while following site protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with staff and visitors, addressing routine questions, and escalating security-related issues when appropriate.
