Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking center, office areas, lobby, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee traffic, and support badge, entry, and/or exit procedures in alignment with location policies and business operations.
- Assist with opening and closing activities, monitor for after-hours activity, and communicate with branch or facility personnel regarding security-related issues, alarms, and/or suspicious behavior.
