Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns and report security-related issues.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and follow post orders for restricted areas, deliveries, and after-hours activity.
Support facility operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
