As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate office location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with clear communication, professional reporting, and customer-focused service. Requirements

Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors and/or contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the office property, common areas, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, responding to questions and directing visitors to appropriate locations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site representatives and/or emergency services when required.
Complete patrol logs and incident reports, document security-related observations, and communicate key information during shift transitions.
