As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible, and monitor assigned areas for security-related concerns. You will help manage access points, respond to alarms and incidents, document observations, and support teams with clear communication and customer service. Requirements

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and coordinating with site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and critical areas using patrol checks and available systems, assist with badge and/or visitor screening processes as assigned, and help maintain orderly entry and exit flow.
• Complete detailed reports and logs for patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
