As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, respond to concerns with calm communication, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing and distribution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control issues, disturbances, alarms, and requests for assistance.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and help to maintain orderly vehicle and visitor traffic flow at gates and receiving areas.
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and use radios and/or electronic systems to support daily operations.
