As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe loading and staging areas, and report concerns with clear, professional communication. Requirements

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, loading docks, yard areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Support access control at entrances, gates, and shipping/receiving points by greeting drivers, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and documenting visitor and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to the client and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with investigations by preserving notes and available information.
