Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Control access to the property by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or authorization when required, issuing visitor passes when directed, and maintaining access logs per site guidelines.
- Monitor and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior by observing foot traffic, addressing policy questions, and communicating concerns to site management and/or local authorities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and completing required reports in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking doors, storefront areas, loading zones, and parking areas as directed by post orders.
