As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will help coordinate security-related response and communication across the property, monitor activity through systems and reports, and support on-site Officers with clear, timely direction. You will be a visible, helpful point of contact for residents and staff, documenting incidents and sharing updates with professionalism. Requirements

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, access control systems, and/or radio traffic; receive calls for service and dispatch officers and/or property resources based on priority.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site staff and/or local responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records; communicate timely updates to supervisors and/or property management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, and perimeter areas as assigned to help to deter security-related incidents; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
