In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and an innovative mindset, you will play an important part in supporting daily site operations.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, issue passes as needed, and maintain accurate access logs and other security-related documentation.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
  • Support vehicle and delivery access activities by checking authorization, directing traffic flow at designated entry points, and reporting policy violations or maintenance concerns to the appropriate site contact.
