In this primarily driving post, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the residential community, verifying credentials of residents, guests, and vendors to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Provide customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries and directions in a professional manner.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as outlined by Allied Universal and the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate authorities when necessary.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
Document and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols or while monitoring access points.
Maintain clear and accurate logs of access control activities and incident reports as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities and follow established protocols to support residents and guests during critical situations.
