Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a financial institution location, where you will greet visitors, verify credentials, manage entry points, and monitor activity across assigned areas. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms and/or concerns, and provide clear, professional communication. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, vendors and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Control entry and exit at designated access points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.
- Monitor cameras, access control systems, and/or intrusion alarms and report irregular activity according to post orders and escalation guidelines.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with incident documentation and notifications.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, lobby areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
