Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday available. As a Security Officer - Retail Parking Patrol Driver in Ontario, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and exceptional customer service. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

MUST HAVE VALID AND CURRENT CA. GUARD CARD & TRAINING CERTIFICATES!
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to observe for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site procedures.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel as needed.
Work collaboratively with site staff and/or law enforcement when required, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly, in line with Allied Universal and site expectations.
