Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk of a healthcare location.
- Monitor access at the front desk by checking identification, verifying appointments, managing visitor sign-in processes, and reporting unusual activity or access concerns to site leadership.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and first responders when needed.
- Support daily front desk operations by answering questions, directing foot traffic, documenting security-related events, and helping to deter unauthorized entry through consistent presence and attention to post procedures.
