As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an active packaging and production location, completing routine rounds and staying highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams and/or visitors, and respond to concerns with calm professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery check-in processes, verifying identification and directing traffic flow per site procedures.
• Complete shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate notable activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
