Job Description As a Security Officer - Overnight Patrol Driver in North Richland Hills, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Allied Universal officer at a financial institution location, you will complete unarmed patrols and security-related checks throughout the property, maintain a visible presence that can help to deter incidents, and support guests and staff with friendly customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Bring an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset, lead with a caring people-first approach, and deliver through teamwork and integrity.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry points, observe lobby and/or ATM areas as assigned, verify authorization when required, and report suspicious or unusual activity per site guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.
- Complete required reports and logs, document patrol observations and incident details, and communicate timely information to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
