Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Patrol hotel premises: Regularly walk through the hotel and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Monitor security systems: Operate CCTV and alarm systems, monitor security footage, and respond to any security breaches or suspicious activity.
Respond to emergencies: Act quickly in emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents. Provide assistance as needed.
Guest and staff safety: Assist guests with security concerns, answer questions regarding hotel policies, and ensure the protection of personal belongings.
Incident reporting: Record detailed reports of any incidents, accidents, or irregularities. Follow up with appropriate authorities if necessary.
Access control: Ensure that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas and that all hotel doors and exits are secure.
Assist with lost and found: Manage and track lost items found on the property, ensuring they are properly documented and stored.
Enforce hotel policies: Uphold and enforce hotel policies on conduct, safety, and security.
Collaboration: Work with hotel management and local law enforcement when needed to ensure a safe environment.
