As a Security Officer - Office Tower Reception in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will be the welcoming first point of contact for tenants and guests. You will help manage access, coordinate visitor check-in, monitor cameras and alarms, and communicate clearly with property staff to help support security-related operations. Requirements

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
CPR/First Aid is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and access control guidelines.
Monitor lobby activity, cameras, and building systems as assigned, and report unusual activity according to post orders.
Process check-ins, issue visitor passes, maintain sign-in logs, and support key control and badge management as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying building management, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency services when appropriate.
Document security-related events, service requests, and policy violations using detailed written reports and/or incident logs.
