Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs per site-specific requirements.
Monitor entry points, lobby activity, and available security-related systems such as cameras, access control, and alarm panels, and report irregular activity according to post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Answer and route incoming calls, requests for assistance, and after-hours inquiries, maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication.
Complete detailed written reports of daily activity, incidents, and service requests, including accurate documentation and timely notification to the appropriate parties.
Support building operations by coordinating deliveries, contractor check-in, and access requests, following established protocols to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Maintain control of keys, access cards, and other building-issued items when assigned, using sign-in and/or sign-out procedures and reporting discrepancies promptly.
