Job Description As a Security Officer - Office Park Patrol Driver in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will perform unarmed patrols with a highly visible presence, conduct security-related rounds, and respond to incidents with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license under AU driver policy requirements. Requirements

Be 21+ years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and access control requirements at a commercial property location.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, stairwells, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disturbances, and alarms, and coordinate with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
Monitor entrances, loading areas, and designated post locations; verify credentials, manage visitor check-in practices, and maintain orderly traffic flow in lobbies and other public-facing areas.
Complete detailed reports and shift logs, document unusual activity and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant observations to supervisors and oncoming officers.
