About The Position

As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Specialist in Owings Mills, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. This driving position requires you to conduct routine patrols and interact with visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and along its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting any observations or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in emergency response activities as directed, supporting the overall security-related operations of the location.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
