As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid are preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail or mall location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
Document and report security-related incidents or concerns according to site protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and/or tenants, addressing questions or concerns as they arise.
