As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain highly visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Observe, report, and document any unusual occurrences or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and local law enforcement as required.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at the location.
Participate in site-specific training and follow all procedures outlined by Allied Universal and the client.
