As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a transportation location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access concerns, reporting unusual activity, and/or contacting appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.
  • Support crowd management, directional assistance, and line monitoring during busy travel periods, delays, and/or operational disruptions while maintaining a professional presence.
